Congress Poland

+Congress Poland, officially the Kingdom of Poland, was a semi-autonomous state established in 1815 by the [Congress of Vienna](/wiki/Vienna_Congress). It existed in personal union with the [Russian Empire](/wiki/Russian_Empire), maintaining its own army and constitution until its autonomy was gradually curtailed after national uprisings.
