Dravidian Languages

Dravidian languages form a family of around 85 languages primarily spoken by over 250 million people in South India and parts of Sri Lanka. Distinct from Indo-Aryan tongues, they boast ancient literary traditions, with Tamil being one of the world's oldest living languages. These languages are a foundational linguistic layer of the subcontinent.
