Narsisist Racisim

Narsisist racism describes a form of Prejudice where individuals exhibit discriminatory attitudes and behaviors rooted in a profound, often compensatory, sense of superiority. This superiority typically masks deep-seated Insecurity and a fragile Ego. Unlike other forms of Racism that might stem purely from ignorance or systemic biases, narsisist racism is characterized by the individual's psychological need to elevate themselves by devaluing others.

It manifests as a projection of their own perceived flaws, inadequacies, or anxieties onto specific Race or Ethnicity groups. By attributing negative traits to these groups, the individual seeks to externalize their internal conflicts and maintain a sense of personal Dominance or moral purity. This mechanism allows them to bolster their own self-esteem and avoid confronting their own vulnerabilities. Behaviors often include dismissiveness, contempt, a sense of entitlement in interactions with racial minorities, and an unwavering belief in their own cultural or intellectual supremacy. This form of racism can be particularly insidious as it is deeply intertwined with the individual's Personality structure and psychological defense mechanisms.
