+Static pressure is the potential energy stored within a fluid at rest, or the pressure exerted by a fluid on a surface parallel to its flow. It represents the inherent push of the fluid, independent of its motion. In essence, it is the part of a fluid's [Pressure](/wiki/pressure) that acts equally in all directions, distinct from [Dynamic Pressure](/wiki/dynamic_pressure) which arises from fluid movement.
